Delete your account

This page lets you permanently delete your Chap.AI account from anywhere — you do not need the app installed.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (including Google sign-in link).
• Your entire conversation history with Chap and every stored memory.
• Images you uploaded or Chap generated for you, and any files in your vault.
• Your settings, notification preferences, usage records and remaining credits/points.

Any subscription billed by us is cancelled automatically. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled in that store. We keep only the minimal billing/transaction records we are legally required to retain.

This cannot be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@chap.club from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually within 2 business days. General help: support@chap.club.
