ChapPacks & Rewards Disclosure

This page explains every reward mechanic in Chap.AI in one place, so you can see exactly what you are getting before you take part. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

ChapPacks are never sold for money

You receive ChapPacks free every day, from daily streak rewards, and by spending ChapPoints, which are themselves a loyalty bonus earned through use. There is no way to buy a ChapPack with money, and no purchase improves what a pack contains. Because of that, packs are not a paid chance-based mechanic.

What is inside a pack

Every pack contains 1 guaranteed ChapCard and can contain up to 3 cards in total: exactly one collectible ChapCard, guaranteed, plus zero, one or two Reward Cards. Cards are cosmetic: they restyle the Chap mark and nothing else. Which card you receive is randomised across the rarity probabilities published on the ChapPacks page, and rarer cards appear less often.

Reward Cards grant a limited number of feature credits — Chap Vision (sending Chap a photo to read), Image Generation or Game Generation. The type and quantity are chosen by our servers within published per-rarity limits. Credits are always subject to the AI usage, fair-use and budget limits that apply to your account, so they are an allowance top-up, not a promise of unlimited or uninterrupted AI usage.

Reward credits expire after 90 days

Feature credits granted by a Reward Card expire 90 days after they are earned, measured from the moment the pack is collected. Expired credits cannot be redeemed, restored or transferred. We show the expiry date alongside your credits and send you a reminder before they lapse. Your ordinary daily allowances and any Premium entitlements are separate and are not affected by this expiry. Credits bought or granted by support do not expire under this clause.

Rewards, quantities, probabilities and features may be adjusted in future in line with the Terms of Service. Changes apply to future packs and future redemptions only.

Duplicates and V2 cards

Duplicate copies of the same card can be traded in for a single upgraded “V2” version of that card. The number of duplicates required is fixed per rarity, shown before you confirm, and deducted only once you do. A V2 card is purely a different look — it grants no extra allowances, advantages or priority of any kind. Trading in duplicates is optional, permanent, and the duplicates used are not refundable.

Cards and allowances have no cash value

Cards, packs, ChapPoints and allowances are promotional balances, not money, credit, tokens or property. They cannot be sold, traded, transferred, cashed out or exchanged for money, and they exist only inside Chap.AI. Balances end when your account is deleted.

ChapPoints

ChapPoints are earned by using the app and by qualifying purchases. They can be spent on rewards published on the ChapPoints page, including packs, allowances and complimentary Premium time. Reward costs may change; changes apply to future redemptions only and never reverse a reward you have already received.

Daily streaks

Signing in on consecutive days builds a streak. Each streak day has one fixed, pre-published reward — nothing about a streak is randomised and nothing about it can be purchased. Eligibility is calculated from our server records, not your device clock, and each day can be claimed once per account. Missing a day ends the streak; before that is final you may choose to spend 25 ChapPoints to continue it. Recovery is always optional, points are only deducted after you confirm, and you can decline and restart at no cost.

Fair play

We may adjust, withhold or reverse rewards where we reasonably believe they were obtained through a fault, automation, clock manipulation, duplicate accounts or other abuse. Repeated abuse may lead to suspension.
