Common questions

• Manage or cancel Premium — open the Plan page and choose “Manage billing”. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store's subscription settings instead.
• Out of messages — the free allowance resets daily in your timezone, or you can buy a message pack from the Plan page.
• Monthly fair use — this is separate from daily message and feature limits. The app warns you as you approach it and shows the next UTC monthly reset on the Plan page.
• Chap forgot something — check that memory is switched on in Settings, then review the Memories page.
• Export your data — Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data.
• Delete your account — Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account, or use the public page at /delete-account. This is permanent and cancels any subscription billed through us.
